We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms and these Terms.

User Content

You retain all rights in the Markdown files you open or create. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws, third‑party rights, or these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.

In‑App Purchases

The App may offer paid features via subscriptions or a lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Apple. Prices and availability may vary by region. The App does not store payment details.

No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. Use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts having appropriate jurisdiction.
